Rates and availability of the house

• We offer weekly stays or short stays with a minimum of 2 nights.
• The rates are indicated for 15 people (major house) and for 2 additional persons (annexe). 
• In July/ August, stays are only during the week of Friday from 6 pm to the following Friday before 10 am.
• We are open from the beginning of April to the middle of November.

Rates per week for 2023 until 15 personns :
April 7 to June 2, 2023	Low season 2 500 €
June 1 to July 7, 2023	Medium season 3 300 €
July 7 to July 21, 2023	High season 4 300 €
July 21 to August 18, 2023	Very high season 4 900 €
August 18 to August 25, 2023	High season 4 300 €
August 25 to September 15, 2023	Medium season 3 300 €
September 15 to November 19, 2023	Low season 2 500 €

Short stays for until 15 personns : 

• 1500 euros for 2 nights
• 1800 euros for 3 nights
• 2100 euros for 4 nights.

For all stays, a deposit of 2500 euros is required. Payment of your rental when booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment of the balance 1 month before your stay.

To achieve 17 people, The small vineyard house is proposed (annex):

Rental only in addition to the main house..

• Weekly rental 350 euros all seasons
• 120 euros for 2 nights
• 150 euros for 3 nights
• 180 euros for 4 nights.

Horse service for their horses – quote on request.
